The Benji and Nick Show – The Avengers

This week on The Benji and Nick Show the boys will be discussing, amongst other things,  The Avengers – a British espionage television series created in 1961.

The Avengers initially focussed on Dr David Keel aided by John Steed but in the second series Steed became the main character partnerd by a succession of assistants. The series ran from 1961 until 1969, and was broadcast in more than 90 countries.

ITV produced a sequel series The New Avengers broadcast from 1976–1977.
